At LarryChat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All payments for LarryChat are securely processed by Lemonsqueezy , our Merchant of Record. Lemonsqueezy handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and refund processing on our behalf.

This Refund Policy is aligned with Lemonsqueezy's refund terms and applies to all purchases made through our platform.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund under any of the following conditions:

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Applies customers within 14 days of their purchases.
• Service downtime lasting more than 72 consecutive hours
• You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
• You were charged without authorization
• Any functional feature promised at purchase was not delivered or failed due to an issue we could not resolve

Subscriptions and Cancellations

You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel your plan through the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal. A link to this portal is provided in your initial purchase receipt.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Larrychat Dashboard → Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing hello@larrychat.com.

After Cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of the billing period
• Your data is retained for 30 days
• Your account switches to the free plan

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

• Email us at hello@larrychat.com with the subject line "Refund Request" or
• You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel your plan through the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal. A link to this portal is provided in your initial purchase receipt.

When contacting us, please include your account email address and transaction details. We will forward your request to Lemonsqueezy and help ensure it is processed quickly.
