This Refund Policy follows Paddle’s refund guidelines and applies to all purchases made through our platform.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under any of the following conditions:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Applies customers within 14 days of their purchases.
Service downtime lasting more than 72 consecutive hours
You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
You were charged without authorization
Any functional feature promised at purchase was not delivered or failed due to an issue we could not resolve

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Requests submitted after the 14-day guarantee period without any valid reason
Issues arising from user error, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
Third-party services failed or interruptions such as user's website, app not working or internet issues after service was delivered successfully

Membership and Credit Usage

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled the plan or refund

Cancellation Policy & Process

How to Cancel: Go to Dashboard → Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or email support@larrychat.com.

After Cancellation:

You retain access until the end of the billing period
Your data is retained for 30 days
Your account switches to the free plan

How to Request a Refund

If you want to process manual refund request then, Email support@larrychat.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include:

Account email address
Transaction ID and date
Reason for the request (optional)
Any supporting documentation (optional)
